Sexual harassment prevention training is required in California for all employees with five or more employees. Supervisors must receive two hours of training every two years, and within six months of hire or promotion to supervisor. Non-supervisors must receive one hour of training every two years and within six months of hire. Our AB 1825 and SB 1343 compliant training is specifically designed for California employers.
