California Specific
Compliance Training
Our training complies with California’s requirements as set forth in AB 1825 and SB 1343. All employees — both supervisors and non-supervisors — must be trained every two years and within six months of hire. Supervisors must take two hours of training every two years, while non-supervisors must take one hour of training every year. Supervisors must take the two-hour training within six months of promotion to supervisor, unless they have already taken a two-hour training.

Our training complies with California’s requirements pursuant to AB 1825 and SB 1343, which requires California employers with five or more employees to provide sexual harassment and bullying prevention training every two years. California requires that non-supervisors take one hour of training and supervisors take two hours of training. However, our two-hour trainings are appropriate for all employees, and they encourage all employees to think like leaders.
